Louisiana here I come!!!

Well, for about the next week I will be in Louisiana visiting my father-in-law's family and attending a wedding. We haven't been down to visit in 6 years. I can't wait to see all my husband's family and don't forget about the food. I probably won't get to go to New Orleans this time around but that's ok. I will still get to enjoy spending time with the extended family, celebrate a wonderful union and get to eat some amazing food :) I will definitely blog when I get back. Here are some photos from our last trip to tide you over :)

Thanks for visiting my blog! I can't believe you know about Taco John's!! I'm completely obsessed with that place, especially since moving away from home 18 years ago.

I'm going back next week after Silver Bella, I'll be eating there for sure, probably more than a few times.

Let's be sure to say hi at SB!!

Hi Bianca~
I took 2 coffee filters and cut them into a spiral. Then ran a thin line of glue onto the inside edge. Added a thin strip of net tulle and the rolled it up scruntching and pinching to form a rose. Then I dunked them in pale scarlet rit dye...then into cooled coffee and then back into the rit dye. Then dried in the oven on a sheet pan for about 30 minutes at 200. So easy! Let me know if you make some. I am putting them on a crown.
